What it does
La iniciativa tiene por objeto implementar un programa nacional de vigilancia, monitoreo e inspección dirigido al combate del tráfico ilegal de cactáceas y demás vegetación xerófila. Para ello propone establecer un programa nacional de vigilancia, monitoreo e inspección para combatir el tráfico ilegal de cactáceas y vegetación xerófila. Dicho programa operará en zonas desérticas y semidesérticas del país, así como en plataformas de comercio electrónico y redes sociales donde se comercialicen ilegalmente estas especies, con el fin de prevenir su saqueo, tráfico y exportación clandestina.
