Indicar que, será la autoridad ministerial o judicial quienes deberán agotar los medios que garanticen la asistencia de intérpretes, cuando la persona indígena sujeta a un procedimiento penal no comprenda o no hable el idioma español. Definir qué, la omisión total será causa de nulidad de la actuación correspondiente, en términos de la legislación aplicable.
