What it does
La iniciativa tiene por objeto reducir el déficit y rezago habitacional, así como promover la producción de vivienda adecuada y la atención prioritaria a personas en situación de vulnerabilidad. Para ello propone establecer que el Sistema Nacional de Vivienda tendrá por objeto: 1) impulsar la producción de vivienda adecuada; 2) promover la generación de suelo apto para vivienda social; 3) reducir el déficit y rezago habitacional; y, 4) garantizar el acceso prioritario de las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad.
