What it does
Imponer una pena de 6 meses a 3 años de prisión y de 2500 días multa a quien, habiendo lesionado mediante vehículo automotor a un perro, gato o animal doméstico en la vía pública, abandone deliberadamente el lugar sin procurar auxilio, solicitar asistencia veterinaria o dar aviso a la autoridad competente. Agregar las situaciones en las que la pena se incrementará hasta en una mitad.
