Disponer que ninguna persona servidora pública podrá percibir, por jornada ordinaria de trabajo o su equivalente, una remuneración en efectivo inferior al salario mínimo general vigente en el área geográfica que corresponda. Indicar que los bonos, estímulos, compensaciones extraordinarias, prestaciones en especie o pagos sujetos a condición, no se tomarán en cuenta para cubrir el salario mínimo.
