What it does
La iniciativa tiene por objeto informar a las personas trabajadoras sobre su situación ante el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social y en relación con su aseguramiento y derechos de seguridad social. Para ello propone establecer que será obligación de las personas empleadoras reportar dicha información de manera trimestral, por medios físicos o electrónicos incluyendo, al menos, el salario base de cotización registrado, semanas cotizadas y cualquier modificación relacionada, la cual deberá proporcionarse de manera clara, accesible, gratuita y dentro del trimestre correspondiente.
