What it does

La iniciativa tiene por objeto sancionar el abandono de persona adulta mayor y actualizar la pena de prisión por abandono de infante. Para ello propone aplicar la misma penalización incrementando de un mes a cuatro años a: tres a cuatro años de prisión, por la comisión de ambas conductas.
