What it does

La iniciativa tiene por objeto fortalecer el concepto de -trabajo digno o decente-. Para ello determina que no se considerará discriminatoria y no podrá ser motivo de exclusión laboral la intermitencia en la trayectoria de trabajo cuando ésta derive del ejercicio de responsabilidades de cuidado no remunerado de personas dependientes.
