Contemplar la creación del Sistema Nacional de Registro y Verificación de Ofertas y Entrevistas Laborales Seguras, como un mecanismo de carácter obligatorio para garantizar la autenticidad, trazabilidad y seguridad en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal en el territorio nacional. Establecer que la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social será la autoridad responsable de la operación, supervisión y actualización del Sistema Nacional de Registro y Verificación de Ofertas y Entrevistas Laborales Seguras, así como de la emisión de las disposiciones de carácter general necesarias para su funcionamiento.
