Informar por parte de los partidos políticos, candidaturas y cualquier persona física o moral, cuando utilicen herramientas de inteligencia artificial para la generación de contenidos de propaganda electoral. Crear lineamientos por parte del Instituto Nacional Electoral, de monitoreo, identificación y sanción del uso indebido de inteligencia artificial en el ámbito electoral.
