What it does
La iniciativa tiene por objeto incrementar las penas por alteración de documentos oficiales que permitan identificar vehículos automotores o remolques. Entre lo propuesto destaca: 1) se sancionará al que elabore o altere sin permiso de la autoridad competente una placa, el engomado, la tarjeta de circulación o los demás documentos oficiales que se expiden para identificar vehículos automotores o remolques se le impondrán de siete a ocho años de prisión y de quinientos a mil días multa.
