Agregar que cuando el tratamiento de datos personales se realice mediante sistemas automatizados, algoritmos o herramientas tecnológicas que incidan en decisiones administrativas que puedan afectar a las personas titulares, éstas tendrán derecho a conocer información significativa sobre la lógica general, criterios y variables relevantes utilizados en dichos sistemas, en los términos que establezcan las disposiciones aplicables.
