What it does
La iniciativa tiene por objeto establecer un modelo de protección digital de niñas, niños y adolescentes. Para ello propone incorporar, en el Sistema Educativo Nacional, criterios de seguridad digital, protección de datos personales y prevención de riesgos en entornos digitales, incluidos aquellos derivados del uso de inteligencia artificial, en beneficio de niñas, niños y adolescentes Para ello modifica los artículos 18 , 30 , 84 y 85 de la Ley General de Educación .
