What it does
Establecer que las personas físicas o morales que se dediquen al transporte de materiales peligrosos en zonas urbanas deberán; contar con planes específicos de prevención, respuesta y mitigación de riesgos, capacitar y certificar a su personal en materia de gestión integral de riesgos y primeros auxilios, coordinarse con las autoridades de protección civil para la ejecución de simulacros y protocolos de emergencia, implementar sistemas de monitoreo y rastreo en tiempo real de las unidades de transporte y quién lo incumpla será sancionado conforme a la legislación aplicable.
