What it does

La iniciativa tiene por objeto establecer en la Ley Federal del Trabajo un programa nacional de inserción laboral temporal para personas migrantes. Para ello propone determinar que los empleadores que celebren convenios con el Estado para la contratación temporal de personas migrantes deberán garantizar condiciones laborales equivalentes a las de cualquier trabajador nacional, incluyendo salario, jornada, capacitación, seguridad e higiene, así como la prohibición de cualquier forma de discriminación o retención de documentos.
