What it does
Establecer que, en caso de retorno a México, los mexicanos residentes en el exterior deberán notificar al Instituto Nacional Electoral; su cambio de residencia e informar su nuevo domicilio para que sean integrados a la sección de ciudadanos residentes en México. Las listas nominales de electores residentes en el extranjero serán permanentes y estarán conformadas por los ciudadanos que cuenten con credencial para votar en el extranjero vigente.
