What it does
La iniciativa tiene por objeto agregar un punto porcentual al Fondo General de Participaciones para que éste quede constituido por 21 por ciento de la recaudación federal participable que obtenga la federación en el próximo ejercicio fiscal. Entre lo propuesto precisa que el 1 por ciento de los recursos del Fondo General de Participaciones se asignará a las entidades federativas con base a la recaudación de sus impuestos locales y serán utilizados para movilidad, seguridad e infraestructura.
