Establecer que la Unidad de Recepción de Casos y Reacción Rápida podrá crear mecanismos de coordinación con el Sistema Nacional de Búsqueda de Personas, la Comisión Nacional de Búsqueda y otras autoridades competentes, a fin de garantizar respuestas inmediatas y efectivas ante amenazas o agresiones dirigidas a personas defensoras de derechos humanos, periodistas y quienes realizan labores de búsqueda de personas desaparecidas.
