Establecer que en los casos de abuso sexual, violación, estupro, corrupción de menores, trata de personas y pornografía infantil perpetrados contra niñas, niños o adolescentes, no se permitirá la sustitución de la pena privativa de libertad, ni se otorgarán beneficios preliberacionales, libertad condicional, arresto domiciliario, conmutación de pena o suspensión de la ejecución de la sentencia.
