What it does
Contemplar como delito de reclutamiento forzado, a quien, mediante actos de captación, amenaza, intimidación, rapto, engaño, uso de la fuerza u otras formas de coacción, obliga a personas menores de dieciocho años a unirse a grupos de delincuencia organizada para la realización de actividades delictivas, señaladas en el artículo 2o. de la Ley Federal contra la Delincuencia Organizada . Penalizar con 10 a 30 años de prisión, a quien cometa el delito de reclutamiento forzado.
