What it does
Establecer que, los sistemas DIF buscarán difundir información sobre normatividad, procedimientos jurídicoadministrativos y de adaptación correspondientes a los procesos de adopción al personal médico especializado en ginecología, infertilidad o reproducción asistida, a su vez, las personas especialistas en reproducción asistidas procurarán ofrecer a las personas que tratan, la información relativa a los procesos de adopción y la adopción como una solución alterna a los retos reproductivos que enfrentan sus pacientes. Fijar que los procesos de adopción deberán ser breves y la información de los mismos tendrá que ser parte del derecho a decidir informadamente que tienen las personas en los tratamientos de reproducción asistida.
