Agregar que, en el caso de solicitudes presentadas por niñas, niños y adolescentes menores de edad, mujeres embarazadas, personas adultas mayores, personas con discapacidad, víctimas de tortura, abuso sexual, trata de personas o a cualquier otra persona que pudiese encontrarse en situación de vulnerabilidad el plazo para emitir la resolución escrita no podrá exceder de 30 días naturales.
