What it does

La iniciativa tiene por objeto establecer como un derecho de la niñez y de la adolescencia la protección de su identidad digital. Para ello propone: 1) considerar para tal efecto, la imagen y voz frente a prácticas de sobreexposición digital; y, 2) obligar a quien o quienes ejerzan la patria potestad, tutela o guarda y custodia de una persona menor de edad a informarle sobre los riesgos de la sobreexposición digital, fomentando un uso responsable de la tecnología en la crianza digital.
