Incluir en los derechos de niñas, niños y adolescentes el de un entorno digital seguro, considerando que las niñas, niños y adolescentes tienen derecho a participar y desarrollarse en entornos digitales seguros, protegidos frente a toda forma de violencia, explotación, acoso, manipulación, extorsión, exposición a contenidos inapropiados o vulneración de su privacidad.
