What it does
Contemplar que toda persona que se encuentre en internado de pregrado o en residencia de especialización deberá recibir un pago mensual, durante el periodo de formación profesional por parte del establecimiento de salud al que haya sido asignada. Dicho pago no podrá ser inferior al salario mínimo mensual vigente, y su retribución deberá ser regular, suficiente y proporcional al tiempo de residencia y a la carga horaria del programa formativo.
