Agregar que el Ejecutivo federal garantizará que los combustibles destinados al desarrollo de actividades agropecuarias no estén sujetos a gravámenes por concepto de Impuesto al Valor Agregado, Impuesto Especial sobre Producción y Servicios u otros gravámenes que afecten su precio final. Este beneficio deberá aplicarse exclusivamente a los productores registrados ante las autoridades competentes y con fines estrictamente vinculados a la producción rural.
