What it does
Establecer que se concederá al trabajador cinco días hábiles con goce de sueldo para ausentarse de su centro de trabajo en caso de fallecimiento de un familiar en primer grado de consanguinidad o afinidad. En caso de que el fallecimiento requiera desplazamiento a otra entidad federativa o país, el trabajador podrá solicitar una prórroga de hasta tres días adicionales, justificando el traslado correspondiente.
