What it does
La iniciativa tiene por objeto incorporar la obligación de investigar accidentes y suicidios de mujeres como feminicidios. Para ello propone establecer que toda muerte violenta de una mujer, incluidas aquellas clasificadas preliminarmente como accidentes o suicidios, deberán investigarse como feminicidios, hasta agotarse todas las líneas de investigación y descartarse la existencia de razones de género.
