Determinar que las recetas médicas podrán expedirse de manera electrónica y la secretaría emitirá los lineamientos y lo que debe contener la misma; establecer que las farmacias y los establecimientos del sector salud, deben llevar un registro de los medicamentos prescritos en recetas médicas electrónicas, corresponderá a la Secretaría, emitir las disposiciones de carácter general para su registro.
