La Secretaría de Educación permitirá en inmuebles destinados a la prestación del servicio público de educación la instalación de sistemas de videovigilancia (cámaras de circuito cerrado o en tiempo real) en patios, accesos a baños y áreas de tránsito común, conectados al centro de comando escolar y al Centro de Comando, Control, Cómputo, Comunicaciones y Contacto Ciudadano (C5), a fin de garantizará la seguridad de los estudiantes, docentes y personal administrativo, y operar bajo los lineamientos establecidos por las autoridades competentes en materia de privacidad y protección de datos personales.
