Incorporar a las obligaciones de los prestadores de servicios turísticos el solicitar identificación oficial a todas las y los turistas que harán uso del servicio, con principal atención en servicios de hospedaje, líneas aéreas y terrestres de transporte de pasajeros y embarcaciones menores de recreo y deportivas; negar el servicio en caso de no presentar identificación; así como, dar aviso a las autoridades investigadoras correspondientes sobre la posible comisión de algún delito de conformidad con los protocolos que las autoridades establezcan.
