Incluir el delito de ecocidio. Señalar que la pena por ecocidio se incrementará hasta en 50 por ciento si las afectaciones son a áreas naturales protegidas, se destruyen hábitats de especies en peligro, o se hace uso de sustancias que causen daño irreversible. Indicar la cancelación de concesiones o permisos vinculados al proyecto que causó el ecocidio, así como hacer pública la sentencia en medios oficiales y sitio web de la entidad correspondiente.
