Establecer que las personas pasajeras y tripulantes acompañadas o no por un infante, podrán transportar leche materna, misma que podrá llevarse en cantidades mayores a los 100 ml, y la persona concesionaria, asignataria o permisionaria deberá informar de manera clara y accesible sobre esta excepción a los límites de líquidos, incluyendo procedimientos de transporte y almacenamiento de la leche materna.
