What it does
Establecer que previo al inicio de la audiencia de juicio oral, el órgano jurisdiccional preguntará expresamente a las partes si existe disposición para resolver el conflicto mediante la suspensión condicional del proceso, y en caso de que alguna de las partes manifieste interés, se suspenderá el inicio de la audiencia y se convocará a una audiencia específica para que el juez resuelva la solicitud.
