Determinar que comete el delito de reclutamiento de menores quien, de forma organizada o estructurada, reclute, incite, integre o induzca a una o varias personas menores de dieciocho años, o que no tienen la capacidad para comprender el significado del hecho de participar en actividades delictivas, ya sea directa o indirectamente. Señalar que se considera una agravante si la actividad delictiva es parte de una estructura organizada o si el menor es obligado a participar mediante el uso de cualquier tipo de intimidación.
