What it does
Determinar un término máximo de cuarenta y cinco días contados a partir del día siguiente en que cierre la etapa de instrucción, para que la Junta Directiva del Instituto Federal de Especialistas de Concursos Mercantiles resuelva sobre la amonestación, la suspensión temporal o la cancelación del registro de los visitadores, conciliadores y síndicos. Señalar que dicho plazo podrá prorrogarse por una sola ocasión, hasta por otros diez días más, en caso de que la Junta Directiva del Instituto requiera mayor plazo para emitir la resolución.
