Agregar el uso obligatorio del casco de seguridad para toda persona conductora o pasajera de motocicletas, así como de cualquier otro vehículo motorizado de dos o tres ruedas cuyo motor tenga la capacidad de superar una velocidad mayor a 25 km/h. Incluir que el número de personas a bordo de motocicletas o de cualquier vehículo motorizado no rebase la capacidad máxima especificada de acuerdo con las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas respectivas o a la información técnica proporcionada por el fabricante.
