What it does
Restablecer el Consejo de Promoción Turística en México, sus atribuciones e integración. Establecer que, en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones en materia de promoción turística, nacional e internacional, la Secretaría determinará las políticas que aplicará a través de la empresa de participación estatal mayoritaria denominada Consejo de Promoción Turística de México. Fijar que el Consejo de Promoción tendrá el patrimonio, atribuciones, estructura orgánica, órganos de dirección e integrantes de los mismos que se establezcan en su Estatuto Orgánico y se regirá por esta Ley, así como por la Ley Federal de Entidades Paraestatales.
