Mandatar a los centros deportivos, gimnasios y establecimientos donde se practique actividad física o que ofrezcan servicios de entrenamiento físico a contar con personal capacitado y certificado en primeros auxilios, atención prehospitalaria y soporte vital básico durante su horario de operación, así como, contar con equipo médico básico accesible y en funcionamiento. Instruir a estos centros para que garanticen que el personal instructor o entrenador cuente con certificación vigente como profesional en cultura física, educación física, ciencias del deporte o formación equivalente expedida por instituciones reconocidas por las autoridades competentes.
