Obligar a los productores de vehículos el asegurar y responder el suministro oportuno de partes y refacciones cuando se trate de vehículos automotores que deban permanecer en el taller autorizado para su reparación por una falla atribuible al fabricante, y establecer que el proveedor estará obligado a proporcionar al consumidor, sin costo adicional, un vehículo de sustitución de características equivalentes durante el tiempo que dure la reparación.
