Establecer que las autorizaciones para el cambio de uso de suelo, para cultivo de caña de azúcar, soya, palma de aceite, maíz, café, aguacate y agave, con el fin de restaurar y mejorar el medio ambiente impactado por estos monocultivos, deberán reservar un porcentaje de 15% de la superficie utilizada para conservar la zona natural endémica, precisando que para el establecimiento, conservación, prevención y protección se deberá contar con la autorización de las autoridades correspondientes, mismas que serán corresponsables de su manejo y preservación.
