What it does
La iniciativa tiene por objeto establecer que toda persona tiene derecho a decidir de forma libre, informada y responsable sobre su reproducción. El Estado garantizará el acceso universal, seguro, gratuito y libre de discriminación a los servicios de interrupción legal del embarazo hasta la semana doce de gestación, conforme a los principios de salud pública y derechos humanos. Para tal modifica el artículo 4 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos .
