What it does
Agregar que, se entenderá que existe consentimiento únicamente cuando la persona haya manifestado de manera libre, consciente, continua, voluntaria y con plena capacidad de discernimiento su acuerdo para participar en la actividad sexual. Establecer que, la falta de oposición o resistencia no implica consentimiento. Indicar que, el consentimiento puede ser revocado en cualquier momento de la actividad sexual.
