La iniciativa tiene por objeto sancionar el delito de falsificación de uniformes y divisas de las fuerzas armadas o de cualquier institución de seguridad pública. Para ello propone plasmar que se le impondrá de doce a quince años de prisión y hasta quinientos días multa a quien cometa el delito.
