What it does

La iniciativa tiene por objeto plasmar obligaciones a prestadores de servicios turísticos. Para ello propone determinar que darán un trato digno, apropiado, no discriminatorio a las personas con discapacidad, garantizando el servicio y permitiendo el acceso con los implementos médicos, ortopédicos, tecnológicos, educativos o deportivos necesarios para su movilidad, uso personal, incluyendo cualquier animal de asistencia o apoyo.
