Regular y evitar las cobranzas extrajudiciales. Supervisar y sancionar las prácticas de cobranza extrajudicial. Establecer y administrar un registro público de despachos de cobranza y acreedores financieros, asegurando el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales aplicables. Fijar que los despachos de cobranza deberán proporcionar a la Condusef un informe semestral detallado sobre sus actividades. Imponer multa de 500 a 2000 UMAS a los acreedores o despachos de cobranza que incumplan la ley. Establecer que los despachos y acreedores que reincidan en dichas prácticas les serán cancelado su registro.
