Contemplar que las personas que integran los cuerpos de bomberos, que forman parte del Sistema Nacional de Protección Civil, disfrutarán de las medidas de protección al salario, prestaciones y seguridad social, y contarán, al menos, con las prestaciones mínimas establecidas en la Ley Federal de los Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado o en las homólogas en las entidades federativas, según corresponda y su remuneración no podrá ser disminuida durante el ejercicio de su encargo.
