What it does
La iniciativa tiene por objeto garantizar a las personas refugiadas en territorio nacional el derecho de diversidad sexual. Para ello propone plasmar que las autoridades otorgarán asistencia institucional tutelando la identidad de género. Para tal fin modifica los artículos 8 , 13 , 20 y 54 de la Ley sobre Refugiados, Protección Complementaria y Asilo Político .
