What it does

La iniciativa tiene por objeto establecer que la Guardia Nacional regirá su actuación con enfoque de interés superior de la niñez. Para ello propone determinar que contará con la Agencia Especializada, que trabajará conjuntamente con la Procuraduría Federal de Protección de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes, así como con las procuradurías de protección de niñas, niños y adolescentes de cada entidad federativa. Para tal fin modifica los artículos 8 , 22 y 60 de la Ley de la Guardia Nacional .
