Agregar un capítulo que regule el delito de reclutamiento criminal, entendido como aquel en el que, mediante actos de sustracción, captación, amenaza, intimidación, rapto, engaño, uso de la fuerza u otras formas de coacción, obligue a otro a unirse a un grupo de la delincuencia organizada para realizar cualquier actividad delictiva que la ley considere como tal, mismas que se encuentran previstas en el artículo 2o de la Ley Federal contra la Delincuencia Organizada .
